About Amie – ADOPTED

Amie is a cute, compact-sized Golden with lots of love to give. She is good in the home, completely potty-trained, and leaves her foster’s belongings intact. Amie “talks” with low little gurgles and vocalizations which make her fosters laugh. She takes treats ever so gently from your hand. Amie is not too shabby on the leash, and enjoys her walks. She is sharing a home with another Golden, but she isn’t interested in playing with him much. We think Amie is more of a people-dog. Amie does not like to be left alone for very long, so a home where there is human companionship most of the time would be ideal. Amie has not shown a lot of interest in children at the park, but she would probably be okay with gentle kids 10 and over. She would chase cats and little critters. Amie has recently recuperated from kennel cough and is scheduled to be spayed early next week. Soon thereafter she will be ready and eager to go to her forever home!
