About Angel – ADOPTED
Meet Angel, (or Bear, as we call him) a young-looking-acting 8-year old Golden whose family no longer wanted him. During his vet check in rescue, we found a cist, scheduled him for surgery and found mast cell cancer (level 2). His second surgery confirmed we got all margins in the first surgery, and his prognosis is excellent. The surgeon considers him “cancer free” as much as any other dog.
Angel is healthy, strong, happy, eats all his vegetables and fruit (it’s very funny), always ready for a walk in the park or a bouncy game of “chase me”! His eyes are very expressive and soulful. He is shy at first, but warms up to everyone now. He needs a quiet family that will enjoy his expressive personality, play his goofy games and keep him close and loved. He would be very happy being an only dog with his only human. No young kids. No cats. Other dogs OK.
If you need an “angel” to be your buddy, please contact his rep, loriyalem@yahoo.com. Angel is in his rescue foster home for So Cal Golden Retriever Rescue. www.scgrrescue.org . Angel-Bear will be looking forward to meeting you!
