Meet Kono! Kono came to SCGRR when her very brave family just couldn’t provide everything for her that she so deserved and asked us to help place her. What a sweetheart this beauty is! She is the typical Velcro golden….right by your side! She loves to carry around a ball in her mouth most of the time…and keeps herself busy pushing those balls into corners so you get to help her reach them. She has 2 foster brothers, older than she, and has brought life to their old age.
Kono would benefit from a dog obedience class for skills and socialization. She does know several commands…but has much more potential. She is housebroken with good house manners and gets along with children. Not much info on cats…other than her past family did state she chased cats. Kono is newly diagnosed with hypothyroidism and is on medication…so she is a bit chubby at this time…all to correct with medication. She also has sensitive skin and allergies so a high quality grain free food is going to be best for her. She loves to take walks and would benefit from some leash training.
A furever family that would include her in everything they do…give her lots of exercise and attention is on top of the wish list. Kono is a quick study and eager to do things right. Her big brown eyes will melt your heart. If you have had your in home interview please contact; firstname.lastname@example.org.
