Clarence *Always in our hearts

June 2017

It is with great heartbreak that I write to let you all know we lost another permanent foster yesterday, our beautiful angel Clarence.

Clarence came into recuse in December at the age of 10. He was dumped at a shelter and not in good condition. The vet discovered a mass in his mouth and also something on his abdomen. A GoFundMe page was set up for his immediately care which raised money to help give him a second chance.  An ultrasound revealed another mass and blood clot in his spleen. Clarence was a trooper and made it through surgery.  He was a true Golden with a smile and upbeat attitude the whole time.  Clarence was diagnosed with hemangiosarcoma.

Clarence hit the jackpot with his permanent foster mom Liz Miller and fur brother and sister Hudson and Florence. Liz spoiled Clarence and showed him the best life possible. Clarence got an amazing six months, he got pictures with Santa and the characters from Frozen, he meet the police and fire department, just to name a few of his adventures. His smile beams and show how much love he was showered by all he meet.

His foster mom, Liz Miller, treated him like the angle his truly was.  Please keep Clarence and his foster family in your thoughts. I can hear the bells ringing, because I know Clarence has got his angel wings and will be keep watch over all of us.
