Meet Hazel – adopted!

Meet Hazel, she is a spry 9 year old sugar face golden. Hazel came into rescue a while back was adopted out and returned 6 months later. She wasn’t very happy with her new living situation. No fault of hers.

Since she has been in her new foster home she has been great. She loves people and is fine with other dogs she has met at the neighborhood dog park. Hazel gets along well with the foster’s senior female lab. Hazel has a tendency to chase cats while on her walks. She hasn’t been cat tested.   She would do best in a “no cat” home.  She also can get nervous around children 10 yrs and under.
A home with older children would be ok, but she would prefer a quite home where she can enjoy her senior life.

Hazel is housebroken, walks well on a leash and has good house manners. She rides nicely in the car.

Hazel got a clean bill of health from our vet. Her blood work came back GREAT for a 9 year old. She does have some mild skin allergies which is being treated with medication.

Even though she is fine with other dogs, she would love a home where she can be the center of attention. Going for a couple of walks a day, enjoying the company of her humans would be perfect.
