Wasson, now “Buddy,” was rescued from the streets of Taipei,Taiwan. He was found laying in the gutter, emaciated and lifeless. The Kang Rescue brought him back to a good weight, and flew him to Los Angeles.
Tragically, our vets discovered his severe lung condition. Despite it all, he is hanging in there and is beloved by his foster family.
His foster mom writes:
We are approaching our two year anniversary of Buddy being in our family. We could not be happier with our little guy. He brings our family so much joy and we think he is pretty happy with us. Every day,” Buddy” gets a nice neighborhood walk where he gets to play with his numerous friends, most of which are fellow goldens! When we first got Buddy he had a bad cough which has cleared up, thanks to all his daily activity. Buddy is slowly learning the game of fetch and the “paw” trick. As you can see, Buddy is a very happy boy!
