Blue / Broonzy

Blue / Broonzy

Last week we said goodbye to our permanent foster Broonzy, lovingly known as Blue. He was a very sweet, loving fun pup who had a seizure disorder, the result of being born with an underdeveloped cerebellum. Early development of cataracts had caused blindness in his right eye and limited his vision in his left. There was nothing we could do about the cataracts as Broonzy was never a surgical candidate

From his amazing foster family:

From the day we brought you home to “just foster you” we knew you were ours. We quickly formed a bond and I just knew I could never let you leave our house. We knew you needed us just as much as we needed you.  Your goofiness, love for toys, and zoomies could put a smile across everyone’s  face. You were the best cuddle bug and always wanted to be with us. You were by our side for three years for all the ups and downs. Our favorite role you had was becoming a big brother. You were the best nanny to Logan. You will forever be our boy, Blue. We love you always.
