Cambridge – “Cammy” – adopted!

Cambridge (Cammy) is on her way to becoming the “biggest loser” as she came into rescue quite overweight and sedentary. Since being in her foster’s care she has lost over 20 lbs. and is on her way to reaching her goal. Each day she seems more energetic and playful and appreciative of her new-found energy.

Cambridge is a love-sponge and a very sweet girl. She has a great personality and will keep you in stitches most of the day. She loves her daily walks, getting lots of love, eating, getting lots of love, sleeping, oh and did I mention getting lots of love?

She will bring a lot of joy and a smile to the face(s) of whoever is lucky enough to be chosen as her “forever” family. Her lovable, happy face will melt your heart. She’s always got a smile on her face and would be perfectly suited to a name like “Happy”.

Cammy is perfectly content being an inside dog and near her foster family, including a foster sister and her foster brother with whom she spends quite a bit of time playing tug of war and wrestling. She enjoys the occasional chew toy along with her “fur siblings” and has no issues with other dogs near while she eats.

Cammy rides well in the car and is happy to go anywhere! She is a quiet girl, doesn’t bark much and has perfect house manners. Cammy would do well with a family committed to continuing her healthy diet plan and daily walks and play time. She would do well with other dogs and hasn’t chased any of the cats she’s met.
