Shealyn – Adopted!

This young lady, who will be two years old in just a week, finds herself in need of a new home and family because her family had to move and were unable to take her with them. She was much loved in her prior home and was very sad when she first came into rescue. But now, after about two weeks with her wonderful foster family and foster golden brother, she seems to have adjusted well and is ready to find her new home.

She is totally house trained, crate trained and has grown up with small children. She absolutely loves her walks doing 3 miles daily with her foster mom and fur brother and would make a great hiking partner. She is friendly when meeting new dogs large and small as well as new people.Felines are unknown at this point.

She can be left alone at home with no issues she doesn’t chew anything not belonging to her and she loves car rides. She is loving and playful enjoying her squeaky toys and bones and spends a lot of time enticing her older foster brother to join her in play. While her foster family is working with her to improve some areas, e.g. heeling on leash- being such a young dog, she would do well with continued training.
