The vendor fair and pet adoption fair is in the park from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m on Sunday, October 29th. THE PARADE is at 2:30 p.m. The start/finish is at beachfront grassy park and path in front of former Belmont Pool, 4000 E. Olympic Plaza, 90803 (just west of Rosie’s Dog Beach). Parade is on the concrete path thought the park.
